Thank you to all the teams who competed on the day including special guest Luke Fitzgerald as well as ex-Leinster and Ireland team mate Isaac Boss in helping support our seriously injured players. The course was basking in sunshine with the odd deer watching the teams compete in the Champagne Scramble. The champagne, or at least the winner’s prize, was secured by the “IRFU Referees Team”, with “Cushman & Wakefield” team 2^nd; and in 3^rd place – “The Sports Surgery Clinic” – the IRFU Charitable Trust’s newest Corporate Patron. Congratulations to the winners and to all those who participated.

The golf was followed by a BBQ and a convivial chat with Mick Quinn and guests Luke Fitzgerald and Peter “The Claw” Clohessy. Some interesting conversations were had!
