IRFU Charitable Trust 2026 “Irish Rugby 150th Golf Cup” and Cork Munster Charity Golf Outing

Where passion for rugby meets the spirit of the fairway.

FORE!  Get ready for one of the standout sporting and social events of the summer as the fourth annual Cork Munster Charity Golf Outing returns on Friday 19th June 2026 to the stunning Fota Island Golf Resort.  This year promises something even more special, as we proudly host the second staging of the IRFU Charitable Trust “Irish Rugby 150th Golf Cup”.

This is more than just a golf day – it’s a celebration of rugby, camaraderie and community, all in support of seriously injured rugby players and their families.

A Clash of Provinces – On the Course

The stakes are higher than ever.  Champions from the 2025 provincial outings – Munster, Leinster, Ulster and Connacht – will converge in Cork to battle it out for national bragging rights and lift the prestigious Irish Rugby 150th Golf Cup.

Munster will be proudly represented by Galbally RFC, inspired by their own Danny Noonan, seriously injured in 1999, whose courage and resilience embody everything this event stands for.

Playing for a Greater Purpose

At the heart of this unforgettable day is the vital work of the IRFU Charitable Trust, which supports players who have suffered life-changing injuries through rugby.

Danny’s powerful story, shared at last year’s event, was a reminder of the incredible strength of the rugby family – and how your participation truly makes a difference.
